Ever since I was a young girl, I knew I wanted to help animals. My dream to be a veterinarian therefore came as no surprise.
It was a few years after I graduated that I discovered osteopathy as a potential therapy for horses. This opened the doors to a whole new world for me.
After my initial training which started in 2000 and which took place both in Holland and Belgium, I was fortunate enough to be able to take lessons from the famous French veterinarian-horse osteopath Dominique Giniaux. This unique experience allowed me to fully express my passion and love for horses in my work as an osteopath, always looking to improve the horse’s well-being.
This course was then followed by an extensive training in France, probably not to be the last, because to quote Pascal Evrard, one of Belgium’s most prominent horse osteopaths, the art of osteopathy can only be acquired after many years of high-quality training, hard work and loads of experience …
